Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Please allow a processing time of 1 to 2 business days for your order to be shipped. During holiday periods, orders may experience processing delays.

If invalid information is provided, we will not be able to process your order due to incorrect or incomplete payment or address details. Processing your order may be delayed by an additional 3 to 5 business days if invalid information is provided.

***(Note: All shipping addresses are verified by the United States Postal Service. If you have any doubts about your shipping address, please consult USPS.com. This does not apply to international orders.)

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays in the United States.

EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND POSTAL HOLIDAYS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.

** AlphaCur is NOT responsible if the package is not delivered within the guaranteed delivery times, as it takes 1 to 2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees.

Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping:

Transit time depends on the selected delivery method. Please note that transit time does not include weekends or holidays. All delivery times are estimates. AlphaCur is not responsible for delivery delays due to events beyond our control, such as material shortages, strikes, transportation failures, or acts of nature.

Package Refusal, Loss, Theft, or Delay

In case of package refusal, delivery and handling fees will be charged to the payment method selected at checkout and will be deducted from any refund. For any refused product, a refund will not be initiated until the product has been received and examined by the AlphaCur team.

United Parcel Service (UPS) is the primary delivery service used. We cannot guarantee the replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via UPS. In case of delay or any issues with your delivery, please contact support@alphacur.com . AlphaCur is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

***(Note: In very rare cases, international shipping to certain countries may take 4 to 6 weeks. In severe cases, 8 to 12 weeks. AlphaCur is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes in the destination country. Shipping to certain countries may require additional shipping fees due to geographical location.)

Canceling an Order

Due to the high volume of orders, an order goes directly into our processing center to be handled. If the customer contacts us within 24 hours after purchase, they can cancel their order. If the customer contacts us after 24 hours following purchase, they will not be able to cancel their order. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel the order. Customers must either refuse the package and immediately notify support@AlphaCur.com of the date it was refused, or return the package with a valid tracking number and inform us with the tracking number so that we can verify. Once we have received the package in our warehouse and examined it, we can provide a refund.

Incorrect Address Warning

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that they enter the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address modifications due to strict delivery schedules. Please carefully verify the address you enter, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address provided by the buyer. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot modify the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package is returned. In this case, we can offer you a reshipment or a refund.

Item Delivery

In the event that a customer's tracking number indicates that delivery has been made to the customer's address, AlphaCur does not offer a refund if the item is purportedly not delivered. If an item is not received while tracking information confirms delivery, please contact the designated shipping company, USPS, for assistance.

Returns

To receive a full refund for your bottles, you must return all bottles, whether empty, full, or partially full (including "bonus" or "free" bottles as part of your order), to our processing center at the address below within sixty (60) days of your order date, accompanied by a written or printed note inside the package with the following information clearly indicated:

  • Your order ID (found on your receipt)
  • Your full name, and the complete address where delivery was received, your email address and phone number, your original shipping receipt (if available)

***(NOTE: Failure to return all bottles will result in a partial refund.)***

For your full refund to be processed, the product must arrive at our processing center within sixty (60) days of the original purchase date. Failure to return all purchased bottles, whether empty, full, or partially full (including "bonus", "free" or "offered" bottles), or failing to clearly indicate your order details as specified above, in a manner that allows a member of our processing staff to read and clearly assign your return, will result in our inability to refund you. You must pay the return shipping fees. Once our processing center has received the package and transmitted the correct information, a refund will be issued. Your refund will be credited to your bank account and may take up to 3 to 5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing speed.

You must provide a tracking number for your return. Failure to send a tracking number may delay the review of your return.
